Absolutely. We understand that bicultural couples face unique challenges, especially when blending different cultural values, traditions, and expectations. Navigating cultural differences can enrich a relationship but can also create stress if not addressed with understanding and empathy. In therapy, we honor and explore both cultural backgrounds, helping couples develop a shared understanding and mutual respect for one another’s heritage. Our goal is to help you find harmony, celebrate your differences, and strengthen the bond between you, embracing both cultures in a way that feels authentic and supportive.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, and frequency may shift as progress is made. In some cases, extended sessions are available.
