Yes, we offer premarital counseling based on The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman. This helps couples build a strong foundation through better communication, deeper friendship, and shared meaning.

Absolutely. We understand that bicultural couples face unique challenges, especially when blending different cultural values, traditions, and expectations. Navigating cultural differences can enrich a relationship but can also create stress if not addressed with understanding and empathy. In therapy, we honor and explore both cultural backgrounds, helping couples develop a shared understanding and mutual respect for one another’s heritage. Our goal is to help you find harmony, celebrate your differences, and strengthen the bond between you, embracing both cultures in a way that feels authentic and supportive.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, and frequency may shift as progress is made. In some cases, extended sessions are available.

Through structured, research-based tools and honest emotional work, we help couples move from conflict to connection.

We’ve worked with couples who were on the verge of separation or had already started living apart. It’s never too late to begin again, if both partners are willing to show up honestly.
